Insurance Job Description

Our client is developing a high net worth personal lines division in response to market demand within the financial services practice.  This position will work closely with the agency's wealth management division to identify marketing channels and appropriate sales strategies for writing affluent personal lines accounts.  This program will not be restricted by geographic boundaries and will have access to premium carriers known for high net worth programs.  As the division's sales executive, it's important you understand how to build a sustainable book of business from the ground floor.  You must offer successful sales experience preferably in insurance but with some consideration given to candidates in the financial services sector.  Most importantly you offer experience working with affluent centers of influence which would include wealth managers, estate/trust attorneys, CPAs, etc. to develop referrals leading you to affluent personal lines prospects.
