Our client is a well established, reputable insurance agency servicing business clients through commercial and group benefits programs.  Their group benefits division is growing, vibrant, and interested in the addition of a group benefits producer who is interested in joining a dynamic and nimble sales team.  This opportunity is one where a producer can continue to be supported and mentored in a small, tight knit sales team committed to growth and to seeing each team member succeed in sales. 

Group Benefits Producer Qualifications

  • Approximately 1-3 years of insurance sales experience offering familiarity with group medical, dental, vision, short & long term disability products

  • Ability to prospect, make cold calls, be organized to set appointments, and close new business

  • Comfortable networking within associations and joining various local business functions for business development purposes

  • Maintain an active IL L&H license
