Insurance Job Description

Our client is a large, independent agency growing rapidly through organic expansion and acquisition. With offices throughout northern and southern California they've set forth intentional growth plans within their sales teams.  Opportunities exist for experienced insurance producers with general or specialty focuses in commercial, group employee benefits, surety, and personal lines products.   They are interested in candidates with the ability to quickly build books of business, or who bring an existing platform that can only be expanded upon through their unique marketing and support resources. 

Producer Qualifications

  • You must offer a proven track record in insurance sales with middle market to risk management commercial accounts or middle market and self-funded employee benefits accounts

  • Prior experience working in the region with immediate business contacts

  • Ability to prospect, build a referral base, and close new business deals

  • Offer an action plan with existing contacts, prospective revenue, and/or AOR business
