Insurance Job Description

Our client is a growing property & casualty agency positioning them for aggressive future growth.  They seek experienced insurance producers interested in joining a stable, well capitalized company near the beginning of its development.  The existing management team has producers with history in the Orange County area.  Specifically they are creating a unique marketing program to target personal lines clients before the traditional point of sale.  It allows for targeted advertising and it builds a book of business based on unique, proprietary relationships.   

Producer Qualifications

  • Approximately 3-5 years of independent personal insurance sales experience preferably in southern California

  • Ability to prospect and close new business deals with clients regarding auto, home, and umbrella coverage

  • Can market with real estate and banking ties in the area to increase business opportunities

  • Infuse relationship building into an insurance service that is traditionally based on transaction

  • Able to manage sales and service which includes strengthening marketing relationships with key insurance companies

  • If possible you can offer a transferrable book of personal lines accounts to be supported through this agency's automation and vertical marketing program
