They seek experienced insurance producers interested in joining a stable, well capitalized company near the beginning of its development. The existing management team has producers with history in the Orange County area. Insurance producers interested in joining their company should offer 5-15 years of commercial or employee benefits sales experience. Commercial accounts are classified as middle market, generalist business but candidates with niche expertise will be considered. Employee benefits producers can target 100-500 lives and can support new business through individual prospecting and cross selling with the commercial team.
