Insurance Job Description

Our client is a retail agency focused exclusively on catering to high net worth clients.  They are subject matter experts able to introduce risk management solutions to protect personal assets for the wealthy.  This company has integrated their sales and service teams in a way that commercially driven agencies are not able to match. The Washington D.C. office is an important part of their strategic expansion and they've achieved national success from this existing office. They seek offer two positions for experienced customer service professionals for individuals with varying degrees of insurance experience.  The Account Executive will serve as a lead client service advisor.  This is not a sales role but instead fully integrates with the client on service and marketing needs for new business and renewals.  The Account Manager position supports the Account Executive and also interacts directly with clients on matters of coverage updates, billing questions, renewal information gathering, and policy issuance. 

Client Service Executives Qualifications

  • You must hold a bachelor's degree

  • Prior experience can be with an insurance carrier or retail insurance agency working directly in customer service/account management for wealthy and ultra high net worth clients

  • The coverage lines that lead you to service those affluent relationships can be as a commercial account executive or commercial lines account manager if you don't offer direct experience with personal lines products

  • Otherwise candidates with direct personal lines experience should have relationships with AIG, Fireman's Fund, Chubb, or other high net worth carriers
