Insurance Job Description

Our client has aggressive expansion goals within its group employee benefits department.  They seek experienced sales executives from national brokers to join their team as senior producers.  Opportunities exist for leadership responsibilities by including the growth of a personal book of business with the incorporation of strategic distribution and program development.  They represent a national client base targeting middle market, self-funded groups ranging from 200-5,000 lives. 

Employee Benefits Producer Requirements

  • You must offer successful group benefits experience with a proven track record of sales at a national, independent broker

  • Experience targeting larger, self-funded accounts preferably with transferable client relationships
