Insurance Job Description

Our client is a multi-disciplined broker offering commercial insurance, personal lines, employee benefits, and financial services.  They cater to both small and large market business clients. Their group employee benefits division is growing.  They seek experienced health and welfare sales executives interested in coming to a larger regional organization with all of the resources available at a national brokerage.  Those support services include benefit consultation, health management, and compliance support for groups in the 50+ lives range.   

Highly desired candidates will have a proven track record of organic business growth with the ability to consistently generate new revenue.  To be considered you must have extensive insurance sales experience with the ability to shape and direct your own business. These opportunities can exist in and around Hartford, the New England area, or along the upper east coast including metro NY. 

Sales Executive Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of insurance sales experience with a successful track record in middle market group benefits insurance targeting 50-5,000 lives

  • Ability to partner with P&C producers as well as generate individual leads in group benefits, voluntary programs, and alternative funding arrangements

  • Highly desired candidates can build a strong regional presence and bring creative ideas for future organizational growth
