Insurance Job Description

Our client is a multi-disciplined broker offering commercial insurance, personal lines, employee benefits, and financial services.  They cater to both small and large market business clients.  They continue to invest in the growth of their commercial sales division.  Specifically they'd like experienced property & casualty producers targeting upper middle market to large market accounts which at a minimum generate $50k or more in premium.  

Producer Qualifications

  • You must offer at least 3-5 years of experience working with commercial accounts in an independent agency

  • Client strongly prefers a transferrable book of business or an immediate pipeline of prospective accounts

  • Ability to prospect, build a referral base, and close new business deals

  • Candidates must be based out of Hartford but can have business development contacts in Boston, Providence, or other regional cities
