Insurance Job Description

Our client is a well established independent agency in Denver that has achieved significant growth over the past five years.  Momentum is key and they want to continue exponential growth through a unique hire in their commercial insurance division.  While they offer a full range of services property and casualty represents the agency's largest revenue volume.  This position is unique because it requires an established commercial producer to enter in a senior production role. You can present a new product segment or focus on one of the agency's current specialties which includes hospitality, manufacturing, distribution, or professional liability. 

Producer Qualifications

  • You must offer a proven track record in retail agency insurance sales targeting accounts larger than $5,000 in agency revenue

  • At a minimum you've averaged $100-$150k in new business production over the past 3-5 years

  • Able to prospect, build a referral base, and close new business deals

  • You can offer an action plan with existing contacts, prospective revenue, and/or AOR business
