Insurance Job Description

Our client is one of the fastest growing insurance agencies in Atlanta. Their focus is commercial insurance and they seek to diversify their market appetite.  Known as specialists in complex, high exposure industries, they are interested in a producer with Southeast regional ties to target commercial healthcare accounts.  Medical malpractice is one of the agency's established practices, so this is an expansion plan that will concentrate on hospitals.   

To be considered you must be able to detail relationships in the regional market and project revenue tied to a business plan. You have approximately 5-15 years of insurance sales experience.  You are familiar with targeting healthcare related accounts and have some engrained relationships with regional hospitals.  You have proven abilities creating and executing an insurance brokerage sales and marketing plan.  You seek all the marketing access and backroom support of a national brokerage firm but with the independent, regional culture of a privately held organization.  Ownership is important to their sales team and they are able to offer perpetuation plans for producers interested in contributing down the road as a partner. 

Compensation is commensurate with experience but includes a base salary with commission opportunities on new business generated.
