Team Leader Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with experience in sales, underwriting, or distribution for personal lines

  • Prior experience can be with an insurance carrier, retail broker, or with a financial services firm targeting wealthy and ultra high net worth clients

  • Must have demonstrated impact with high net worth clients in risk management consulting, product development, or direct sales
