Insurance Job Description

Our client is a large, independent broker focused on building continuous relationships with clients.  They believe providing full insurance services, including diverse employee benefits options, promotes the efficiency and profitability of clients and the agency. As part of their continued growth strategy they seek an experienced group benefits producer for their employee benefits divisions.  They are open to creative sales methods and developing cross-selling opportunities.  As a producer you will retain and expand existing client relationships, as well as acquire new ones by actively networking in the community, especially in the middle market segment. 

Sales Executive Qualifications

  • This position requires aggressive prospecting of new business and exceptional retention of existing business

  • You must have recent independent, retail agency experience

  • Ability to transfer industry relationships and approach business with an entrepreneurial attitude
