Insurance Job Description

Our client services central and northern Florida businesses and individuals as a growing independent agency.  They have an important personal lines division they would like to grow through the addition of an outside sales executive.  The focus of this position will be outside networking with individuals in the regional market who most often qualify as affluent clients.  You'll help establish a marketing plan with the existing client base and through local resources like mortgage consultants, wealth managers, attorneys, and real estate advisors. 

Private Client Sales Responsibilities

  • You'll be charged with selling life, home, and auto products to clients looking for advanced service and marketing capabilities from an independent retail agency  

  • You'll be responsible for new business production, account service, and strategic marketing initiatives

  • Your innovation includes exploring cross selling opportunities, networking with community resources, and marketing to important personal lines carriers 

Private Client Producer Qualifications

  • Three (3) or more years of insurance sales experience working with affluent clients

  • Prior personal lines background working with insureds and carriers writing high net worth accounts

  • This is an outside sales position and requires a producer that is comfortable prospecting new business opportunities

  • Must be well connected in the community and understand how to service a diverse economic client base 

  • Ability to prospect, foresee competitive changes in the personal lines industry, and utilize referrals to build a book of business
