Insurance Job Description

Our client is a large, independent broker focused on building continuous relationships with clients.  They believe providing full insurance services, including diverse employee benefits options, promotes the efficiency and profitability of clients and the agency. They are looking for insurance professionals to build their reputation in the regional marketplace.  They are open to creative sales methods and developing cross-selling opportunities with other divisions.  As a producer you will retain and expand existing client relationships, as well as acquire new ones by actively networking in the community.  They have an active presence in Denver metro as well as the Front Range area.  Candidates with transferrable blocks of business or sales experience with a pipeline of prospective accounts in either market, Denver metro area or northward to Greeley and Ft. Collins, will be considered. Opportunities exist for commercial and employee benefits producers. 

Sales Executive Qualifications

  • A minimum five (5) years of sales experience with a majority in independent insurance sales

  • Commercial producers must offer a track record of success with mid-sized, $50,000+ premium accounts; Employee Benefits producers understand fully funded and self-funded groups in the 100-500 lives range

  • Ability to transfer industry relationships and approach business with an entrepreneurial attitude

  • Successful history generating new business leads, networking within associations and industry groups, and closing business in the middle market segment
