Insurance Job Description

Our client is a large, independent broker focused on building continuous relationships with clients.  They believe providing full insurance services, including diverse employee benefits options, promotes the efficiency and profitability of clients and the agency. They are looking for an experienced employee benefits professional to build their reputation in the regional marketplace.  They are open to creative sales methods and developing cross-selling opportunities with the P&C division.  As a producer you will retain and expand existing client relationships, as well as acquire new ones by actively networking in the community, especially in the middle market and self-funded segments.

Sales Executive Qualifications

  • A minimum 5 years of sales experience with a varied background in small group and self-funded accounts

  • Ability to transfer industry relationships and approach business with an entrepreneurial attitude
