Insurance Job Description

Our client is a reputable independent agency with offices throughout southern Idaho.  Their staff are experts in industries that greatly affect the local economy like agriculture and transportation.  They are growing and seek customer service orientated professionals to join their team in Idaho Falls and Boise. 

As Account Manager

  • You'll focus on the marketing of new or existing business and negotiating with carriers the most competitive rates and coverage to create a total insurance package

  • You'll work independently on long term projects that involve compiling submissions, analyzing loss data and creating proposals

  • You'll work closely with clients to address their continuing insurance needs and provide timely feedback to their requests

Account Manager Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of insurance experience working in a sales, marketing or customer service role

  • Must be P&C licensed within the first 90 days of employment

  • Can work in a fast paced team environment

  • Experience working with agriculture, transportation or small business accounts is desired

  • Enthusiastic professional motivated by excellent client management and career growth
