Insurance Job Description

Our client has been in the underwriting business for over 25 years.  Backed by one of the largest E&S specialty writers in country, they offer competitive underwriting programs to niche industries as well as traditional wholesale E&S markets.  They seek a senior underwriter with strong leadership capabilities to join their Northern California office.

As Senior Underwriter, Manager

  • You'll be responsible for achieving production goals, reinforcing favorable broker relationships and delivering outstanding customer service

  • You'll seek out profitable agency relationships and implement specialized marketing initiatives

  • You'll navigate the E&S marketplace to negotiate the most comprehensive commercial packages

Senior Underwriter, Manager Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience underwriting P&C risks like contractors, professional lines, gaming and entertainment, excess liability and work comp

  • Knowledge of the wholesale brokerage industry and strong E&S underwriting background

  • Candidates with underwriting management experience will be strongly considered
