Insurance Job Description

Our client is an independent agency that feels strongly the entire organization is responsible for a producer's success.  They invest significant time and resources in supporting a producer.  In considering a career opportunity with their firm, it’s important to investigate the level of expertise in their service team, their ancillary support resources from actuarial services to loss control and on-site claims management, and the executive team's commitment to growth with an established perpetuation plan in place.  Their full service offerings include commercial, group benefits, and high end personal lines.  This position is one where an experienced commercial producer can combine existing contacts in the industry while capitalizing on cross selling resources to build a book of business.   

Commercial Producer Qualifications

  • At least five (5) years of commercial insurance sales preferably targeting accounts that generate over $10k in agency commission

  • Midwest business ties; agency will consider producers interested in relocating to Indianapolis
