Our client is a reputable managing general agency working in the specialty insurance market.  With aggressive growth goals and an entrepreneurial spirit they have experienced significant growth and profitability over the course of their 40 year history.  With over 400 employees in nine states they have become a leader in the specialty insurance industry.  Due to continued success they have opportunities for sales and underwriting professionals in their brokerage division.  

As a Wholesale Broker

  • You'll partner with retail agents to examine risk exposures, discuss marketing strategies and secure new and renewal business. 

  • You'll utilize strong marketing and negotiating skills to navigate the E&S marketplace to secure the most competitive terms, conditions, and pricing available. 

Broker Qualifications

  • This position requires a sales oriented professional with an underwriting or wholesale background. 

  • An existing book of business or extensive network of retail agents is highly desired. 

  • Must have 5+ years experience as a broker, underwriter or marketer. 

  • In-depth knowledge of multi-line, E&S coverage required.

  • Travel is required.
