As Commercial Lines Account Assistant

  • You'll work within a team of service professionals to meet the ongoing insurance needs of the client

  • Responsibilities include issuing insurance documents, reviewing policies, processing billing and helping with endorsement requests

  • You'll ensure timely responses to client requests and be heavily involved in the renewal process

Account Assistant Qualifications

  • College degree with a focus on business, communication or insurance/risk management is preferred

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience with highly desired candidates having exposure to the insurance industry

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with heavy client contact and timely response on insurance needs
