Our client is a Top 20 national broker and one of the largest privately held agencies in the country.  Their network includes 28 offices nationwide and generates annual revenues in excess of $300 million.  They've achieved national prominence by developing strong client and carrier relationships in niche industries.  Their expertise in the fields of employee benefits, public entity and specialized commercial markets has allowed them greater bargaining power within the industry and the ability to tailor risk management services for their clients.  Their continued success requires the addition of client service oriented professionals to join their team in high level account executive roles.

As Account Executive

  • You'll focus on the marketing of new or existing business and negotiating with carriers the most competitive rates and coverage to create a total insurance package

  • You'll serve as team leader on long term projects that involve compiling submissions, analyzing loss data and creating RFPs

  • You'll manage all client related services for middle and large market clients and be the direct point of contact for all coverage related issues

Account Executive Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of client advisor, account executive or marketing and account service experience with significant exposure to large revenue accounts

  • Business development and team lead background working as an advisor and partner with the insured

  • Bachelor's degree with insurance designations like AU, ARM or CPCU desired

  • Highly desired candidates will have an exposure to public entity, real estate, or construction related risks

  • Can work independently and take control of a significant book of P&C business

  • Enthusiastic professional motivated by excellent client management and career growth
