Our client is an independent agency well established with multiple offices in Arkansas.  Their producers focus on middle market commercial business as well as high valued personal lines.  Each producer has the ability to craft their own book of business based on local contacts or industry expertise.  Our client specifically has niche programs for contractors, physicians, towing and garage, and equine.  As part of their continued growth strategy they seek experienced insurance producers to join their team.  Individuals with existing business can utilize the agency's claims and appraisal services.  Producers interested in a privately held firm can explore long term perpetuation options. 

Sales Qualifications

  • Insurance sales experience with Arkansas business contacts

  • Highly desired candidates will have an existing book of business

  • Opportunities exist to create an office outside of an existing location
