Our client is a full service insurance agency with proven experience in risk management and financial services.  They have firm roots in the Midwest but in recent years have begun expanding nationally.  Their personal touch with clients translates into the way they support and develop producers.  It’s important that they grow through the addition of an accomplished, well connected commercial insurance producer.  The agency is willing to invest in the future of their sales team provided in return you can increase market share, write profitable business, and set an early foundation for a long term career.   

To be considered, you must have ability to open doors to new business relationships, be a strong closer, and actively stay involved in high level consultation with your clients.  You have experienced success as a commercial or group employee benefits agent and offer between 3-15 years of industry experience.  Producers with a unique business development plan can be supported through the agency's dedicated marketing team.  This can include a broad range of industries served from industrial risks to professional services and international business. 

Compensation is commensurate with experience and provides a base salary with additional commissions on annual new business revenue.
