As Regional Sales Director, Worksite Marketing

  • You would be responsible for a sales territory to distribute their products through local and regional brokerages and agencies. 

  • Also train the agents and brokers with regard to products, employee enrollment, case set-up/management process as needed to achieve successful installation, participation, and satisfactory ongoing administrative results.

Regional Sales Director, Worksite Marketing Job Qualifications

  • 7-10 years experience in the worksite marketplace and thorough knowledge of universal life, cancer/critical illness, disability income products, and associated underwriting guidelines and practices. 

  • Working knowledge of worksite administration including premium billing and administration, payroll deductions, eligibility and claims. 

  • Bachelors degree required. 

  • Industry recognized designations such as CLU, CEBS, RHU, REBC a plus.
