Insurance Job Description

Our client is a well known insurance company that has been conducting business for nearly sixty years.  They offer a wide variety of insurance products and are currently seeking a Sales Executive for their Commercial and Personal Lines division. 

Commercial Lines Sales Executive Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close sales for new and existing customers.

  • Identify and research prospective customers for all coverages available through contracted relationships.

  • Establish relationships with prospective customer via in-person or phone communication to proactively recommend and sell products to meet clients' business and personal needs.

  • Ensure a high level of renewals for all lines of business.

  • Develop relationships with carrier personnel and stay updated on coverage modifications and administrative processes for each market.

  • Monitor trends in marketplace for competitive analysis and opportunities.

  • Recommend new products, services, advertising, and promotional techniques. 

Commercial Lines Sales Executive Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 3-5 years of experience working with P&C insurance coverages, with agency experience preferred.

  • Property & Casualty license required.

  • Additional insurance designations a plus.
