Insurance Job Description

Our client is a leading national risk and insurance firm that is looking to add to staff in their Des Moines office.  They need an experienced Client Executive Manager to effectively manage a team of client service executives.  This leadership position will manage a team within the Association business as well as facilitate the senior level relationship with key clients. 

Client Executive Manager Responsibilities

  • Handle complex national accounts with multiple lines of coverage.

  • Identify additional opportunities for cross selling and expanding products and effectively obtaining new business.

  • Identify key decision makers and determine the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client issues and objectives.

  • Lead the development of custom solutions for the client.

  • Create a client-specific business plan in conjunction with colleagues to ensure growth, retention, and cross-sell goals are met.

  • Ensure quality of deliverables and enforcement of critical deadlines through effective communication.

  • Ensure that quality standards are adhered to in all aspects of the practice and is responsible for all contractual and regulatory compliance. 

Client Executive Manager Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of strong client management experience, with background in sales.

  • Proven leadership and management experience to lead and motivate a staff of professional colleagues.

  • Travel up to 25% required to give face-to-face presentations to clients and prospects.

  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required.
