Insurance Job Description

Our client is a leading national risk and insurance firm that is looking to add to staff in their Los Angeles office.  They need an experienced Property & Casualty Client Executive to help provide client service to their growing restaurant program.  You will be responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, expanding product offerings, maintaining a profitable book of business, and implementing and integrating expanded products and new clients. 

P&C Client Executive, Program Business Responsibilities

  • Identify key decision makers and determine the services and products that will best serve and address the client issues and objectives.

  • Lead the development of custom solutions for the client.

  • Negotiate with the client/carrier for the efficient delivery of services at profitable fee levels.

  • Ensure the full scope of services are priced appropriately for client expansion opportunities.

  • Document the scope of service and compensation in a Client Service Agreement by working with legal and negotiating with the client to execute the contract.

  • Create a client-specific business plan in conjunction with colleagues to ensure growth, retention and cross-sell goals are met.

  • Coordinate internal operational departments to ensure service levels meet or exceed client expectations and protect the firm from Errors & Omissions (E&O).

  • Ensure quality of deliverables and enforcement of critical deadlines through effective communication. 

P&C Client Executive, Program Business Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience, preferably with insurance-related restaurant experience as a risk manager, broker, advisor, program manager or underwriter.

  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required.
