Insurance Job Description

Our client is a large regional insurance agency looking to bring in someone as a Training Manager of their Commercial Lines division.  You will function as the primary point of contact for all training resources for their vibrant and growing commercial lines department. 

Training Manager, Commercial Lines Responsibilities

  • Create and implement curriculum and education regarding commercial lines policies, procedures, and coverages.

  • Work with agents, CSRs, and account managers to create consistent message and ensure best practices.

  • Visit satellite offices to conduct training in accordance with home office training. 

Training Manager, Commercial Lines Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience with Commercial Lines products, preferably in an agency setting.

  • Technical coverage expert preferred with underwriting or marketing experience a plus.

  • Additional professional designations and/or education preferred.
