Insurance Job Description

Our client is one of the largest independent agencies in the country and continues to grow.  They have expanded into the Arizona market and wish to add a Commercial Lines Producer to their dynamic team.

Commercial Lines Producer Responsibilities

  • Prospect and retain new commercial lines accounts.

  • Network with C-level decision makers on all Property & Casualty coverages.

  • Cross sell with existing business to round out accounts.

Commercial Lines Producer Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in a retail agency environment.

  • State insurance license required, with additional professional designations preferred.

  • Must be able to work in an independent environment where aggressive sales goals are expected.
