Our client is a growing agency in central Iowa looking for a dynamic Group Benefits Producer to join their team.  Your role would be new business development as well as retention of a small book of business.  They are looking for a true hunter who will be comfortable sitting down with C-level executives (i.e. CFO, COO, VP of HR) to consult with their employee benefits programs. 

Group Benefits Producer Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in group insurance. 

• Iowa Life and Health license required. 

• Additional designations such as RHU, REBC, CEBS preferred.
