Insurance Job Description

Our client is a highly respected Des Moines insurance organization with many years of experience in the local market.  Our client is poised for growth and currently offers an opportunity to join their dynamic team as a commercial property/casualty account manager.   

Commercial Lines Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Market coverages to a number of carriers to determine variances in coverage and price. 

  • Prepare proposal spreadsheets for client meetings and work closely with the producer for analysis of market strategy. 

  • Assist with policy reviews, completion of insurance applications and enrollments, and providing customer service to clients.   

Commercial Lines Account Manager Requirements

  • Qualified candidates must have Property/Casualty license. 

  • 2-3 years of past agency account management experience preferred. 

  • Individual should have excellent communication and organizational skills along with the ability to understand basic insurance coverages.
