Insurance Job Description

Our client offers a long tradition with more than 75 years in the insurance business. They provide their customers with high-quality individual health and life insurance protection. They currently offer an opportunity to join their organization as the AVP of Sales Support.

AVP, Sales Support Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development, planning, staffing, and management of all aspects of sales support services to maximize sales volume and profit from company's target markets and products.

  • Create, execute, and manage field training, field communication, field and agent support, and conference/meeting coordination.

  • Ensure field sales organizations and channels are fully equipped with up-to-date sales tools and assures positive interaction between agents and home office.

AVP, Sales Support Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing or related field required.

  • Ten or more years experience with insurance sales, preferably managing an internal department.

  • Field sales experience a plus.
