Our client is a leading risk and insurance firm that is looking for a qualified Lead Analyst in one of their outbound call centers. You will provide internal clerical support to the other divisions within the Program Center. Make outbound phone calls to set up appointments for the Account Executive. Follow up with prospects regarding marketing materials that have been sent out. May need to gather information from a prospect to help the Account Executive develop an insurance program. Act as a back-up for rollover phone calls to the center. Assists insurance professional teams by performing miscellaneous clerical functions including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, scanning, word processing, and filing. Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in a call center, preferably with commercial insurance background.
