They are client focused and seek an experienced professional for their client services executive position. In this position you'll assist several sales executives in the marketing and servicing of a large commercial book of business. You'll be the primary client service contact and assist with their endorsement, renewal and claims needs. In your efforts you'll protect our client against E & O's and follow procedures in accordance with the company's best practices. You must have experience working with major coverage lines like general liability, commercial auto, work comp, property, BOP and excess/umbrella. In addition to daily account maintenance you'll be directly responsible for all phases of the client's renewal. You'll compile submissions, implement marketing plans, and make renewal presentations to the client. Some travel is required throughout the year to visit the client, particularly at renewal time. Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of prior insurance industry experience. This is a team leader position and will oversee the performance of several customer service reps and account managers. 2-3 years of prior supervisory experience is needed.
