Insurance Job Description

Our client is one of the leading insurance agencies in the nation and poised for dynamic growth within their call center. They are currently seeking a qualified Call Center Manager who will be responsible for managing supervisory staff and work across call centers to ensure overall department goals and objectives are met. You will act as the product expert and coordinate training initiatives within the department.

Call Center Manager Essential functions will include

  • Generating long range goals and researching/developing resources, technologies, and processes to ensure timely and efficient workflow within the department to support business objectives and client needs
  • Interviewing and selecting candidates and conducting performance management
  • Monitoring staff functions and mentor and provide feedback to employees
  • Interface with colleagues at all levels within the organization, external customers and carriers to Ensure maximum efficiency, problem resolution, and regulatory guidelines are met
  • You will also ensure appropriate budget and expense management of the call center

Call Center Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of progressive supervisory experience within a call center environment
  • At least three years experience working with Property & Casualty products
  • Must also have state commercial lines P&C license or ability to obtain upon hire
