They presently offer an opportunity to join their organization in their investment group as the Manager, Investment Research & Due Diligence.

In this role you will lead the day-to-day activities of our client's Due Diligence Program including investment manager selection, monitoring and termination, when necessary. Will oversee the investment advisors to ensure the portfolio composition stays consistent with the investment mandates established, while reviewing portfolio performance relative to benchmarks and peer groups.

Manager, Investment Research & Due Diligence Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA and/or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years experience within the investment industry, preferably 2-3 years involved directly with investment manager selection.
  • Must have excellent organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities, along with the ability to evaluate and present multiple investment styles in an in-depth and objective manner.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and specific analytical tools including Style Advisor, Wilshire Compass and Morningstar.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills required.
  • NASD Series 7 or ability to obtain in 6 months.
