Our client is rated A+ by A.M. Best. They are a specialist in their niche. They currently offer an opportunity to join their claims department in a leadership position.

As Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor you will:

  • Provide leadership for their claims function to enable staff to operate in conformity with appropriate company guidelines.
  • Motivate, select, train, and develop employees.
  • Maintain and meet acceptable loss reserve adequacy, audit files, provide communication and on-going training.
  • Assist Adjusters in developing proactive strategies that will lead to the ultimate resolution of claim files and to assure follow through by the adjusting staff.
  • Assure losses assigned to staff are handled in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assure all complaints are documented and addressed.

Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor Job Qualifications

  • A dynamic personality.
  • A passion for claims handling and leadership of that function.
  • Around seven (7) years professional experience in insurance claims or insurance legal functions with an emphasis in Worker's Compensation.
  • If your Work Comp experience is from a multi-line claims environment you will be considered.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is required.
