Our client is a world leader in recovery auditing and they are currently experiencing explosive growth in their Medicare Audit division. They are seeking a Manager of their DRG auditing division. You will manage the oversight of several people and be responsible for the workflow completed by the supervisors, team leaders, and auditors. You will approve all DRG processing, coding, and programming requests and submit to IT for processing. You will also supervise all data entry performed by DRG Medicare coding auditors, clericals, and temporaries by performing quality checks on the Medicare audit at regular intervals. You will also be responsible for client and provider interaction and reporting on all DRG-based audits.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of an associate's degree in a health services discipline, along with at least five years of progressive coding or coding review experience in ICD-9-CM with claims processing and data management responsibilities a plus. CCS coding certification required from the American Health Information Management Association. National certification such as RHIA, RHIT preferred.
