IN Indianapolis National Client Service Director
 

Our client has been in business for more than a century in the world of insurance and financial services. They have a broad range of group and individual products and are looking to add a National Client Service Director to their staff in Indianapolis. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire divisional sales support organization and includes the management of national accounts, allocating resources for special projects, monitoring expenses, establishing and communicating performance standards, providing performance feedback, and ensuring the sales support operation for the division meets goals and operates efficiently. This involves ensuring that business retention goals and cross selling goals are met throughout the division. In this role, you will have ultimate accountability for the service that is provided to new and existing clients and the enrollment of new accounts. You will also ensure the entire sales support organization is properly trained and equipped with proper resources. In addition, this role will be responsible for implementing a cohesive workflow strategy integrating the use of technology.

Qualified candidates will have 7-10 years of progressive experience in the group insurance field and have proven skills in client service and sales support, with at least 3-5 years of management experience for an insurance carrier.
