Our client has been a stable force in the insurance industry for many years and has experienced explosive growth in their Annuity division. They are seeking a qualified individual to act as a Manager of their Field Training and Support. In this position you will be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with agents in the field in order to meet premium goals. You will also act as a resource for internal staff members to proactively provide field training and support through seminars, partner reviews, and other face-to-face presentation opportunities. In addition you will assist management in the implementation of outbound phone campaigns and other programs to be carried out from the home office. This will include responding to agent requests and provide ongoing marketing support such as case design, product selection, communication policies, interest rates, and production information.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of ten years sales and marketing experience in the fixed, indexed and variable annuity markets. NASD certification required within six months of hire. Insurance license preferred and additional designations such as CLU and ChFC desirable. Must be willing to travel 50% of the time.
