Our client is a well-established, well-respected, financially stable insurance advisory organization offering both standard and custom products and services to the property and casualty industry. They have over 600 affiliated companies and offer their professionals national exposure to the insurance industry. They presently have an opportunity to join their organization as a Product Development Project Support Specialist. In this position you will assist in the preparation of materials needed to support the filing, implementation, coordination, and/or use of custom products and services. Organize and catalog project-specific materials, including the review of such materials to determine their accuracy and completeness. Proof, cross-check, and review materials developed for filing, bulletins, educational, and other purposes. Issue instructions for the release of bulletins, filings, the posting of materials to the Internet, billing custom work, etc. Establish and maintain status reports and other documentation to track project progress and communicate project status to other departments. To be considered you will need to offer a Bachelors or Associates Degree; excellent proof reader and fact checker, excellent project management skills and organizational skills, superior proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access.
