CT Hartford New Business Sales Manager
 

Our client is a leading innovator in insurance and banking software. Their award-winning solutions enable clients to acquire, service, and build customer relationships, reduce operating costs, and increase product development and maintenance capacity. They are looking to add to staff in their Hartford, CT location in the capacity of a New Business Sales Manager. This is a challenging position that requires expert knowledge in the software sales cycle and strategic solution selling techniques in addition to an ability to foster excellent relationships at the executive level. You will be responsible for locating, developing, and closing direct sales opportunities in the banking and insurance industry. Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns to increase awareness of the product suite. Manage the pricing and proposal process to develop and close commercially sound deals. Participate in industry events like trade shows and professional organizations.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of ten years of experience selling software solutions in the insurance or banking industry. Also will need a solid understanding of software solutions and enterprise management software implementation. Proven track record of manage long-term sales cycles and selling 'big ticket' solutions.
