New Orleans Claims Manager
 

Our client has grown from a small local company to a diverse corporation known for its innovative insurance products and superior customer service. They are strongly rooted in the Southeast, with the specialized experience and geographic focus of a major regional carrier. At the same time, they offer their policyholders and agents the broad-based expertise and technological resources of a national company. They presently offer the opportunity to join their organization as a Claims Manager of a newly formed branch office in the New Orleans area. In this role you will be responsible for developing, leading and motivating an operating division with primary focus and accountability for daily operations. You will be directly responsible for the proper claim handling on all lines of business, including Homeowners, Dwelling Fire, Commercial Package, and Business Owners. To be considered you will need to offer around five or more years multi-line claims handling experience with at least two years leadership experience in a claims department. Excellent written and oral communication skills and proficiency on the computer are also key elements of this position. You must possess technical proficiencies in order to make informed decisions.
