Our property and casualty personal lines client is seeking, due to profitable growth and expansion, a highly experienced and professional Personal Lines Automobile and Homeowners Product Director. College degree, CPCU, along with 10 years handling personal lines automobile and homeowners product development and underwriting issues. Candidates will also have a minimum of 4 years Management experience. Motivating and mentoring direct reports to be successful is a must. Non standard automobile underwriting experience is helpful, but not mandatory. Candidates must be proficient in technology, have excellent communication skills, and have a proven, progressive, underwriting or product Management background in personal lines. Experience in regulatory issues is also important. This position is based in Northern Florida, and includes an Excellent compensation package in the 6 figures, bonus incentives, and relocation assistance.
