Our client is one of the top insurance and business service firms in the nation. They are looking for a dynamic individual to join their division as a Group Benefits Consultant. You will actively pursue new insurance business, as well as retain existing business by promoting the products and services they offer. That includes the marketing of group insurance such as medical (both self-funded and fully insured), dental, life, and disability. The ability to network with CEOs, CFOs, and Human Resources executive is crucial to the success of this position. Also must have the skills to follow up with a consultative approach. Individual will solicit middle market and large-sized accounts and facilitate process improvements in new client sales, existing client cross-selling opportunities, deliverables for the benefit brokerage, and training on the benefit administration system.

Qualified candidates will have an entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to provide creative solutions to clients. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years experience in group benefits sales and marketing. Background with self-funded business a must.
