Our client is a leading commercial MGA in a rapid stage of growth. They seek a qualified individual to lead the charge in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer. This is an opportunity to be part of the foundation of a very profitable, aggressive company in a senior management capacity. You'll be responsible for all financial related functions including monthly reporters, premium finance, GAAP and STAT reporting, general ledger, Yellow Book, Quarterlies, etc. You will report directly to the CEO and be charged with shaping the financial reporting process and overseeing the technical operations of the company's financial management. To be considered you will need to offer 10+ years experience within public accounting and insurance industries (property & casualty). You will have proven experience with the following: statutory accounting, GAAP, budgets, forecasting, consolidations, treasury, cash management, best practices in designing accounting policies, procedures and controls.
