In this Officer level position you will be responsible for to effectively manage the staff, work and expenses in the new business areas to ensure they are meeting or exceeding pre-defined productivity and quality standards. Manage areas to deliver superior customer service and efficiencies. To be considered you will need to offer around five (5) or more years operations management experience in an individual life environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong leadership and management skills are essential.
