Our client has been a stable force in the insurance industry for many years and has experienced explosive growth in their Annuity division. They are seeking a qualified individual to assist in their Suitability Review efforts for their fixed and variable annuity products. This person will review annuity new business paperwork suitability documentation. Gather additional information as needed, extensively document decisions and actions, evaluate and approve/decline annuity applications based on suitability. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of annuity division products. Monitor state and federal regulatory proposed and final rules related to suitability. Ensure that the Annuity Division complies with all regulations and rules. Monitor suitability workflow, analyze and resolve backlog situations, and maintain written procedures so that high volume periods of work go smoothly. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of broker dealer back office, annuity, or insurance client service experience. NASD Series 6 and 26 licenses required (or Series 7 and 24).
