Our client is a leader in the insurance industry and one of the largest insurance carriers in the world. They offer a 'Superior' rating by A.M. Best. Due to continued growth they offer an opportunity to join their claims department as a Claims Manager. In this position you will be responsible to hire, supervise, develop and evaluate Claims Representatives in a unit that handles non standard auto lines of business. You will be responsible for the management of associates including: performance management, salary planning and administration, training and development, workflow planning, hiring and placement. You will drive technical excellence, manage productivity, conduct open file reviews, reinforce corporate communications, enforce compliance issues, and manage general personnel issues. To be considered you will need to offer around seven or more years in claims handling with at least four years handling non standard auto losses.
